Take as much time as you can each day to breathe in the fragrance of fresh flowers.🌼 That is nature's🌱 freshest aromatherapy and plants hold the power to boost our moods with positive energy, lessen anxiety and soothe the heart. Put 🌿plants to work as often as possible - in your meals, through your sense of smell, and directly on your skin as your skin "eats" what it absorbs.
