The transition to the fall season is one of my favorites, as I'm sure many will agree. There's something just so exciting behind the gentle temperature difference that begins. One of the products that begins to stand out to me more is the SkinVapor Serum and it's many different uses.
Utilizing the benefits of aromatherapy and herbs can sometimes help prevent and/or dissolve any foreign substance that might qualify as an invader to the immune system. This method of prevention and healing is always my first go-to, before over-the-counter medicines are used. Needless to say, I rarely have to go that route with my or my children's health.
Skin Vapor was created to help control the uncomfortable symptoms of stuffiness, breathing difficulties, and overall congestion associated with a cold or flu.

1. Use it to enhance your cleansing. Scatter a few drops over your face and neck using your finger to anoint them across your skin. No need to rub in. Warm a clean washcloth under really warm water and begin using compressions over your skin. Don't feel afraid to use firm pressure when doing this, if that feels comfortable to you. When I was giving facials I would frequently use firm pressure and frequently got positive feedback from this technique. Many estheticians are afraid to use firm pressure, but it can really work especially when you are trying to encourage healthy circulation which in turn stimulates lymph flow drainage that rids your body of unneeded toxins.

2.  Keep your bottle of Skin Vapor near your bedside for those times in the middle of the night when you are feeling congested, coughing, or just cannot sleep (maybe a headache or just total discomfort), and it feels so impossible to get up. Open your bottle and take a few breaths. So clearing! Then take a few drops with your finger on top of bottle and anoint your lymph area around your neck, the back of your shoulders, and your upper chest.

Skin Vapor is something good to keep in your medicine chest for those times you don't see a sickness coming. When the right essential oils, herbal infusions, and nutritious plant oils combine for an effective overall healing serum, the benefits are truly addicting :-)

Wishing you all good health!
xoxo
Colleen
